Worked well very soon after plugging into the socket. Used it to calm my cat that was anxious due to moving house and having everything packed up and changing (acting up, using litter box frequently, meowing more). The cat was calm and resting and stopped showing signs of anxiety within a day of using it. Would definitely recommend. The scent is quiet strong but herbal so fine
