Recommended by vet. Dog and myself affected by noisy inconsiderate neighbours above and also dog had recently lost her dog companion. I bought the tiny travel size, noticed a difference immediately so then got the bigger size. My dog is a lot more relaxed – she was permanently on edge and unable to rest properly, has stopped overgrooming/chewing her paws, is enjoying her walks again and has started to play independently and with me with her toys again. She hears the noise above but is now unconcerned. It also works on humans too. The only downside is the smell. It’s horrible unless you like Valerian and she stopped using her bed after I sprayed it on there so now the bed is being washed. I do have a very acute sense of smell though. Best to spray it on a bandana to put on the dog or an old towel to put in the bed, both I can remove and she prefers this. I also do one pump of the spray 2 to 3 times daily if the noisy neighbors are in. Also if you have cat they love Valerian and can be a bit obsessed with it, another reason I prefer to room spray as the cat then annoys my dog.
