I spoke to you on the phone last week and you told me how the pre-wash spray could be used as a dry shampoo. We just had a dog in this morning who really, really struggles and even with 2 people it can be tough.
I explained to his owner about using this method as he’s especially scared of water and she thought it would be worth a try. His owner was amazed with how much we were able to get done with him today, and how much more relaxed he was at collection. She now wants to stick with the pet remedy in the future with his grooms to see if we can get him comfortable again after a bad experience in the past.
