You really can’t get better customer service than from this company. My Pet Remedy heated pad stopped working this week after 10 months of blissful use by my two Sphynx cats. Its been a an absolute god send for them through the cooler months. I emailed the company the day before yesterday seeking a solution and had a no quibble reply yesterday morning from Gill and (I’m not joking), a new replacement heated pad arrived in the mail today!!
