I have two very nervous rescue cats, one was born feral and is very mistrustful of humans. She dislikes to be touched or picked up and it is a nightmare getting her into a cat carrier. These wipes worked better than the pheromone sprays, easier to use, and also placing the wipe in the basket with her helped keep her much calmer. She also recovered more quickly once we got back home. They also helped keep her timid mother a lot calmer for a vet visit. Recommended.
