I was becoming concerned about my dog who was behaving in ways that were unexplainable. There were a few things going on – he has an ear infection which he’s being treated for. He’s got a possible sore back leg which the vet found after I took him in for a good look at, so he is on pain killers for this. He has been getting incredibly jumpy at home – the slightest noise and he shoots out of the room. He has become clingy and scared of most things.
Nothing has changed at home so it was frustrating not knowing what I could do for him to make him feel happier.
The vet recommended Adaptil plug in but after reading the reviews I decided against it and chose this one instead. After 1-2 days my dog’s behaviour has changed so much it was lovely to see. He’s back to being happy, cheeky and more relaxed.
At this point different to be absolutely certain it has been the plug in that has changed things, as he is on the painkillers and ear treatment. It could be a combination. Either way, I’m confident that this plug in has helped a lot.
The smell isn’t amazing but I’m happy to put up with that as I now know it’s the happy smell!
