I have used this for past two years around bonfire night and also when my dog gets anxious or stressed. Along with the plug in adaptor, the two combined make a big difference. She is an 8 year old Lhasa Apso who is very noise phobic. One spray seems to calm her down and makes her more settled. You can use as often as needed. Not the most pleasant smelling spray but well worth putting up with for a calm dog. This size bottle will last a long time so good value for money. This is my second purchase and would definitely buy again in the future.
