Bought this as I have a bit of a naughty and sometimes anxious cat – especially of a night time when he gets obsessive with the shadows from the lights being on.
I put it on in the evening and continue to keep it on during the whole night and he is a lot more settled after doing this every night.
Give off a slight smell of Valerian root but only if you go near the plug it is in.
I think it has worked wonders for our cat 🙂
