We know that many of our customers purchase Pet Remedy for the calming, emotional support it offers because they have an animal that might be struggling, so it is important to us that our customers get access to the most up to date, evidence-based and ethical support to go along side the use of the product.
What the service provides
Working with our partners Companion Animal Wellness, the Pet Remedy Ask the Professional service gives access to qualified animal behaviourists and trainers. All professionals hold industry recognised qualifications and accreditations and offer specialities in dog and cat behaviour and also nutrition advice.

Orders received after 12 noon or at the weekend, will be despatched the next working day. Next day orders are sent by overnight courier, so please ensure that someone is in at the delivery address to receive your parcel.
