Pet Remedy Reward Points Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pet Remedy Reward Points Program! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of the loyalty points system on the Pet Remedy website (www.petremedy.co.uk). By participating in this reward program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

The Pet Remedy Reward Points Program is open to all customers who make purchases on the Pet Remedy website (www.petremedy.co.uk).
To earn and redeem loyalty points, you must have a registered account on the Pet Remedy website.

2. Earning Loyalty Points:

For every £1 spent on the Pet Remedy website (www.petremedy.co.uk), you will earn one (1) loyalty point.
Reward points are earned based on the total amount spent after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
Reward points are awarded to your account upon the completion of a successful purchase.
Reward points will only be earnt if you are signed into your account during purchase, points will not be able to be added to your account retrospectively if you were not signed into your account.

Wholesale customers DO NOT earn points on their account.

3. Redeeming Reward Points:

Each reward point is equivalent to 1p, which can be spent as a discount only on your purchases on the Pet Remedy website (www.petremedy.co.uk).
You can redeem your reward points during the checkout process by selecting the option to use your points as a discount.
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.

4. Points Expiry:

Reward points will expire if not used within 12 months from the date they were earned.

5. Point Balances:

You can check your reward point balance by logging into your account on the Pet Remedy website.
Pet Remedy reserves the right to correct or adjust reward point balances in the event of discrepancies or errors.
If a refund is made on an order any points earns will be removed.

6. Point Abuse:

Any abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the reward points program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities, may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all accrued points.
