Terms & Conditions

Owner must be over 18 years of age.
Those shortlisted will be invited to a zoom session to discuss the case.
Those unsuccessful from the shortlist will be signposted to suitable professionals in their area.
The dog must be under a vet practice and have had a recent vet check.
The dog must be insured.
The dog must not be a banned breed.
The dog must not have a bite history: by bite we mean any puncture wounds to either a person or another dog.
A full history form must be completed by those shortlisted including agreement for a vet history to be sent ahead of the support day.
The winner will agree a date for the visit and should be available for the whole day.
The winner agrees to video and audio recordings on the day, and the taking of photographs. They agree to all media being used to share the case on social media and on future posts for Pet Remedy.
The winner agrees to recording a follow-up zoom session to discuss their progress and for this to be shared on social media etc.
The judges decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
All entries must be in the UK mainland. Closing date for entries July 31st 2025, any entries after this date will not be considered.
