Tried spray first with very anxious cat that was being bullied by next door’s Tom cat. This didn’t work, so bought atomiser, it’s great as doesn’t need an electric point so can be used anywhere. Made a huge difference after a week or so and then found just a quick spray on carpet and first sign of stress had desired effect.
